Dunkin'

I just ordered a dozen donuts, so at first the lady didnt even acknowledge us even after saying “excuse me” multiple times. She finally stood up and attended to us, after going home my 4 kids and I ate one each. Hours later I started vomiting uncontrollably for 11 hours straight, then my kids followed after. These donuts were either bad or contaminated!!! We are all traumatized still and im so pissed that we had too all suffer this way!!!!!! Including my 1 year old son! Do not buy from here!!!! They are contaminated!!!

Every unprofessional waiting there for a whole 10 minutes and not even once did the guy working looked over to see if someone is waiting to order people said excuse me to order, and he ignored it. and this is not the first time that happens it every time he’s working because when it the lady the service is fast and great he should go back to training in customer service very bad experience.

They take so damn long like woman/man actually come faster cause I ain't wasting almost an hour saying "excuse me" they basically waste your time cause they take too long

Closing shift Employee 👌 he is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, cares about the customers, his kindness really shines through

I used to go often but the service got really bad.. Hard to get napkins or ketchup & the service got horrible after a while.. it's like the employees just don't care..
