Dunkin'

Very disappointed this morning. The wait was twice as long as it normally is, and it normally is quite slow. after waiting 10+ minutes in line, they forgot to put the brown sugar syrup in my brown sugar, shaken espresso. I took a large sip and it was as bitter as it could be. I can’t even hardly drink it. i’m very very disappointed. First, I’m lactose intolerant, and this drink in particular is supposed to be made with oat milk and it has regular milk in it.

I would give this a zero if possible. Can not pay with app and no one at Dunkin ( store or company will help). They do not care about customers only about money. Store can only refer you to Dunkin on line and Dunkin on line(customer service) will not help!

This is the first google review I’ve ever done, but our experience warranted it and we hope they make needed changes. Both times we have gone to this location, we have not had a good experience with the food and drink quality. The food tastes strongly of cleaner. It seems as though maybe they are cleaning the grill with a cleaner before each use and not letting it cook off. Also, their coffee was not acceptable. We ordered ice americanos and we believe we may have received 1/2 drip coffee, 1/2 water opposed to espresso shots with water.

It took 10 minutes for my order to be taken and an additional 8 minutes to receive it. I ordered a kalashi. When I bit into it, it was cold. I had to microwave it to bring it up to a safe temperature for consumption.

This place is unreasonably slow. You will be waiting 10+ minutes for your order. Doesn’t matter if it’s a black coffee or a meal. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time on the app or not. Doesn’t matter if there’s a line or not. All of that time and they’ll still mess up your order no matter how trivial.
