Dunkin'

I love Dunkin and come here all the time but there’s this specific guy that works the overnight shift and he has a crazy attitude and is very disrespectful, I for once in my life didn’t order from the Dunkin app and decided to order inside, he tried charging me $12.50 for my order which I ALWAYS pay 7$ for now hear me out it’s not about the money. But don’t try to rob me and say that’s how Dunkin is. When I told him your over charging me he started yelling at me with a nasty attitude and I understand it’s a overnight shift but there was no one else but me so I don’t understand and when I asked my friends about that Dunkin they says avoid it because there’s one guy that’s very nasty and rude and always over charges

The 490 Hicksville location had coupons so I went with a client. This little store is busy as heck! Definitely needs more staff! There is on employee that is amazing and seems to have it together, he is always making all the drink orders. He is like a Dynamo energizer bunny getting all the orders done. I wish I had gotten his name. Pretty clean and well stocked. 👌

If you come very early in the morning or middle of the night, the guy who runs.It is amazing and makes things perfectly.But if you come mid morning or when it's busy during the mid day, the people who work there seemed to mess things up a lot.Forget things or just make them wrong.The dude who works the overnight into the very early morning, is the best worker there and deserves a raise.

Store manager ( guy with tattoos) makes a French Vanilla with no coffee, just water and flavor. A real winner hear Folks !

I got hot chai latte and I'm not even getting there was no taste of chai in it and was just hot milk unbelievable how bad Dunkin is!! Disappointed
