Asking for tips in the drive thru is very distasteful. Dunkin should pay their employees a decent wage instead of asking its customers to cough up more money. Im all for tipping waitstaff well in a restaurant, but in a drive thru is ridiculous.
The staff at dunking in Berwick are wonderful. Super nice and friendly always greet you with a smile. And they make great ice coffee. Never have to have my order remade.
Can not go a day without my XL Hot Coffee Plain Bagel toasted with Cream cheese. Best Staff any company can have.
I came through to get a bagel with extra cream cheese. The thing is as hard as a rock I can't even eat it. Idk if it's 3 days old but they should not have served that bagel.
Best dunkin', friendly staff always pleasant and in a great mood! Love this dunkin!
