Dunkin'

This Dunkin is really great. I’ve been coming here for a really long time, and every time I come, they always make my drink exactly right. This is the only Dunkin location that can make my drink exactly how I like it. The staff is always really nice and friendly!

01/23/26 9:20 am I came in to get a hot chocolate and asked about different flavorings I can add to the drink. The man who spoke with me taking my order started practically yelling at me. For no good reason the store owner or general manager just started raising his voice at me for simply asking a question about their menu. They were not even busy. They have an extremely unpleasant, unprofessional location here. I’ve came here many times due to working in the area and overall they have no sense of customer service and respect, but this was the straw that broke the camels back.

I ordered hash browns from this place and it was so gross I had to spit it out. It tasted like they used old oil from days ago. I have had hash browns from other dunkins before and they tasted nothing like this. I don't know how they can get away with that. Just awful. Never will go here again.

Today was the second time I've came here a full hour before closing and the young kid working there's claims his frozen drink machines "are down tonight". The truth is he cleaned them way too early and doesn't feel like cleaning them again. Kid needs a new job. Kid, try McDonald's. I've heard that they do the same thing with their ice cream machines, you'd fit in great.

I have a mobile order and i pick it up. The 1st guy said the order just came in itll be like 5 minutes. I said okay. Then this other guy comes out of no where and says “you’re order just came and now we have a line.” I said “okay?” I took the bag from him and he got mad that i “snatched” the order out of his hand. Don’t give me attitude for something that isn't in my control.
