Dunkin'

Rude and discourteous staff member. Perhaps not all staff behave this way, nevertheless the young lady at the drive through window on the morning of 1/17/26 lacked tact and patience when my daughter tried placing an order. After multiple times requesting a croissant, sausage and cheese sandwich, asking for the sausage to be placed on the side instead of on the sandwich, she became confused and frustrated. When trying to explain further, she stated that she was confused. In an attempt to reiterate what the order was, she indicated that it would have to be rung up as a croissant cheese sandwich and then add a sausage on the side. This wasn't our request though. She claimed that we're saying the same thing and as I let her know that we weren't to be charged for a sausage on the side, she cut

This is a new location and I’ve been a few times since they’ve opened but boy do they NOT have it together. You’ll be late to work trying to stop here for a quick coffee. The staff are also rude. I ordered a snackin’ bacon, waited for about 10 minutes and it was cold as if it was sitting in the fridge. I asked for my money back and they tried to tell me it was served cold so they won’t burn me. I’ve gotten it from several Dunkin’s many times and it’s always served hot. Won’t be retuning to this location.

The crew at this DD is awesome. They are newly opened and they are a well oiled machine. They seem to work together well and are helpful and friendly every time we stop in!

Bad service. The woman working right now Thursday 2:30pm filled my matcha up with foam. I paid for this drink it wasn’t free so give me what I paid for.

Went to this Dunkin for the first time. Found it to be very good. I like the service. I got my order right. It was nice to sit down inside and eat.
