Dunkin'

I arrived early however the lobby was not open due to staffing. There was a little bit of a wait in drive thru but worth the wait. The donuts and coffee were fresh and I scored a munchkin tin. Service was good despite the staffing challenges.

I honestly wouldn’t waste money here. Starbucks will be more worth the prices. The staff was rude, as hell. And not a SINGLE thing was correct. My avocado toast didn’t have bacon on it, which I did pay for it said on the receipt, I didn’t get my bagel, and the 2 wake up wraps weren’t done correctly. One just had egg in it and the other just had a sausage in it. Honestly the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had

2nd time this week they messed up my coffee. First one had basically no creamer, this one was all creamer and milk! Where is the coffee?!! I read the order on the sticker and there is NO COFFEE!!! Both tasted disgusting. the staff here need more training and better customer service, all rude. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 the drink that’s all creamer was suppose to be a caramel craze. Employees need training on how to make the drinks correctly. Paid $7 for a damn cup of creamer and NO COFFEE.

Been coming here everyday for 5 yrs.. love the staff.. love the food BUT.. STOP with the "It's gonna ask you a question" it's 5am Karen. Take my card n give me my drink. It shouldn't have the tip every single time.. if you guys aren't making enough dunkin' donuts needs to pay you more.. if they want more for the product include it in the price.... Take my card, give me my food.. it's not hard

This the first time in a while we got our donuts in a box. They throw them in a bag & often upside down. Frosting is barely there & this has been this way for a couple months now. Won’t be going back anymore. Gas station donuts are better quality
