Dunkin'

What’s the point of getting a smore coffee if I have to ask for marshmallow whipping cream (I drank it in the picture but u can see the small layer nothing how it showed in the screen) and he still didn’t add nor the graham crackers or fudge. Considering this guy looked like the manager of the place. Very nice guy but I don’t like pissing people off by telling them how to do their job if they’re not willing to do it in the first place. Must’ve been a cheap manager, not a good manager for a high paying town

This little Dunkin Donuts in The Hills always has their wonderful coffee and the VERY BEST hot chocolate I have ever tasted! I think they have four flavors of cocoa but the regular is the best in my opinion. My husband likes their cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. Every person who works there is extremely polite and friendly always with a smile on their face!

I asked to buy 4 dozen donuts over the phone. At first, they said they couldn’t do it because I said I needed them by 6:15 am which was understandable. I was the. directed to another woman on the phone, and she asked me what I wanted to order. I had to repeat my order. The woman then asked me how old I was because I sounded like I was 8 years old and said she didn’t want to place the order, which was so disrespectful to a willing, paying customer. I told her my age because she ASKED me over the phone. I will be taking my business to a different Dunkin from now on.

I don’t recommend going here in the afternoon They have this woman with the nastiest attitude and for what over coffee.
