Dunkin'

I was staying over for a night, this had to be the actual worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered a dunkalatte, which I get every day. I know what it tastes like. I waited a good 15 minutes and when I finally got my order it was not made with the coffee milk. The whole point of a dunkalatte. It was not sweet at all. I asked nicely to have it remade I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. The big deal was the manager argued with me that it was made correctly and “I didn’t know what I was talking about” Wow! Some customer service tips for you all that work there, you don’t argue! You just remake the drink! I know the difference of regular milk and the coffee milk. Do your job right or don’t work at a coffee shop. Will never order from here again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! The man there is super rude, as he doesn’t even want to work ! Hardly he talked and served! I asked him many questions and he’s like not in the mood ! Every tome I asked for something he doesn’t have. I told him i have a reward scans he said “ you don’t read ? “ we don’t have! Okay i understand that they don’t have but let’s make the responded more professional!! When i made the order i told him what i want and he is run in all the dunats to get what i want ! When the coffee done he said go there in rudely way ! I never recommend it at all !!

on the weekend mornings this is the only takeout place to get coffee, and the lines are ridiculously long. if the people running Ballys cared which there are many examples they don’t, they would do better.. I like Dunkin coffee, but if they were trying to make the world’s worst bagel, they would get 5 stars for that.

Note: Bally's Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin' needs to be completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basic customer needs. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews — let me set the record straight. This is a smaller Dunkin’ location with a limited staff, but they’re working hard and cranking out orders as fast as they can. Could they use an extra one or two people? Sure. But let’s be real: the food is exactly what you expect from Dunkin’ — absolutely amazing. The coffee was fresh, the corn muffins were fresh, and everyone behind the counter was polite. No attitude whatsoever. Yes, you might have to wait a little, but it’s 100% worth it. Besides, where else are you going to go for that perfect Dunkin’ fix? Give them some grace — they’re doing a great job.
