Dunkin'

What a weird experience. So, I walk in there and there was a little old lady working behind the counter. I said "hi" to her. Instead of saying hi back to me, (or any greeting at all) she looked behind her as if she didn't want to help me or wasn't sure what to do. I placed my order. She made it just fine. But I'm still standing right there at the order counter. There are no other customers in the store. She walks over to the pick up counter and loudly exclaims "medium regular!" As if I'm nit literally at the order counter. So I walk over and say "thank you" as I take my coffee. But she didn't say "you're welcome" or even acknowledge me. I felt like I was in a Stephen King movie. Absolutely no personality whatsoever. I get it, she works at Dunkin Donuts. But at 60+ years old, has she really

Purchased between 10:30-11:30 am today (Tuesday morning). Ice coffee regular looked watery; very dark in color with watery foam on top; tasted very burnt. Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on English muffin: muffin untoasted; bacon barely cooked. This location focuses on app purchases; so, if not pre-ordering on app, usually very long wait line watching people pick up app orders.

Very welcoming and color pop is nice. Just wish Free 3 munchkins for Doggy's though 🙏🙏🙂🙂🐾🐾

Great service! Didn't have my shaker cup to mix my collagen with the coffee I had just purchased. I asked if they could shake it for me, and the gentleman obliged! It was very early in the morning, so it wasn't busy, but I gave him a well-deserved tip! It's the little things. Thank you! 😊

I pre order, only live 4 minutes away, and pick up within that 4 minutes..my food should not be lukewarm/cold and my drinks should not be watered down especially coffee almost every. single. time. Almost my entire $15 order in the trash. I have extensive experience in working with different dunkin stores and pre orders should not be at the bottom of your list to make because these customers expect to come in, pick up, and leave but instead I’ve overheard so many complaints about waiting 20+ minutes for orders WHILE waiting myself.
