Girl behind the counter was having a personal conversation with this lady and her daughter when I showed up. I stood there for a while but saw that the conversation wasn't ending anytime soon so I placed my order at the kiosk and waited for about 5 minutes. One dude was walking around dusting the ceiling while she was yapping then she realized it was her responsibility to make my food, apologized, threw this together then went back to her conversation... im over this place and its lacking service

Ms. Rebecca is so freakingg amazing!! Usually the only one up front..working doing inventory... And running drive thru. She knows our order before we approach the counter. With out her...it may just be a little crazy.. when 6 rush comes ... Great job .. she should be managing the place for sure!!! ..we appreciate you Rebecca so very much 💋❤️😁

No stars. Probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. Service incredibly slow, the cashier is very unprofessional. After waiting for several minutes we were told they were out of the everything bagel so we had to change our order. After finally receiving our order, there was a cheese wrapper in the sandwich and my sausage egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have cheese! The bagel bites were cold. The worst experience.

It's about the trust that the public is putting in these professionals! They refuse to take responsibility. This location is consistently terrible. They are regularly filling order incorrectly, and the staff shows an inability to do the job they are paid to do. This is the responsibility of management. Customers deserve what they order and pay for. Staff should get the orders correct because that is what they are paid to do. There is literally no excuse. It's obvious that staff are not showing respect for themselves, their employer, or the customer when they intentionally do a bad job. Management needs to take responsibility, because nobody else is going to!
