Dunkin'

Grabbed a coffee and donut at this location this morning. I was very disappointed with my coffee, it taste disgusting. Does not taste like hazelnut and definitely does not gave 6 creams. The donut was good.

I stop here some mornings. Most of the time the order taker is a wonderful woman, and she is so kind and sweet. When it is not her (I think Fridays, usually) the woman who takes orders is extremely rude and condescending. She “corrects” me every time I try to order my coffee- it seems as though I can never order it right the “right way”. I’m sorry that I don’t work for Dunkin and don’t know the “right way”. To be honest I don’t really care if someone likes how I order my coffee or not… just take the order, it’s not that serious. I think I will be using a different coffee shop from now on.

I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a bagel with hash browns. Food was ok but bagel was hard to chew. I asked for the senior discount and got it but not the correct receipt. Only one employee!! Service was slow as a result. She was polite and pleasant. This store has only a few tables.

This will probably be the last time I come here. I ordered through the mobile app and specifically asked for an extra shot of butter pecan, skim milk in my latte, cookie butter cold foam, extra queso on my loaded hashbrowns and I got none of it. I even had to ask for the cold foam at the drive through. On top of that, they used cream instead of skim milk. It’s super annoying, especially since I paid extra. The labels are right there on the order for a reason!

Staff was friendly, especially with how busy it was. Prices were good. I ordered a medium iced mocha latte, 2 orders of plain stuffed bagel minis, and a chocolate glazed donut. The donut was correct, but unfortunately I got the everything bagel minis, even when the slip said plain (see picture 2). They were also cold and I had to heat them up when I got to my hotel (a 2 minute drive from this Dunkin). As for the iced mocha latte, it wasn’t bad however it wasn’t mixed at all, the mocha swirls were all at the bottom. I had to mix it myself when I got back to my hotel. The only reason the bagel minis were an issue for me is because for whatever reason my stomach can’t handle the everything ones, only the plain. So with getting the everything bagel minis I had to give them to my partner. This
