Dunkin'

We Ordered a cake through them and we ended up with the wrong one and by the time we realized it , we were on the complete opposite of town . So I Called to complain and demand a refund and the woman I spoke to was so gracious and kind and understanding , even while I’m scolding her for messing up my party. I was so blown away by her response I had to make sure she gets kudos for being amazing under such a high stress situation . Impresses the heck out of me

I bring my mom here every week to get her favorite ice cream, Summer goes above and beyond every time. She goes out of her way to make my mom feel heard, comfortable, and appreciated. The older gentleman is great also, when Summer isnt working, hes a great substitute. We definetly RUN on DUNKIN

Every time I go to this Dunkin location, they don’t have hardly any donuts. I am never able to get what I ordered because they are out of donuts by 10am at a literal donut shop. The staff is always short and never friendly. They act like I have inconvenienced them by coming into their establishment. I’ll be going to other locations from now on even though this one is closest to where I live.

Awesome surprise. Never thought I would be the type to leave a review but Summer is great and my kids loved her , she was so patient genuinely nice and approachable. I will be back and I’m telling everyone how amazing the night crew is at this Dunkin & Baskin location ! Extraordinary customer service

It's 8am. How the heck do you not have any donuts in stock? Over charge me for everything Rarely a friendly face They run out of everything and don't make anything more for the entire day. Crew sits outside allday smoking and barely washed their hands... Get new management.
