Dunkin'

This dunks is so inconsistent. I went the last 2 days and ordered the same thing: snackin bacon, egg and cheese croissant, and chocolate milk. Yesterday I received the sandwich, milk, and a chocolate frosted donut, no bacon. Today, I received the milk, bacon, and a croissant with a slice of un melted cheese, no egg. I don't even know what to say. This is my breakfast before work, and I don't have time to go back, so I guess I'm just going to be hungry. Tried to call to get a refund, no answer and no voicemail. Most of the time this location is great. Another time a couple months ago my sandwich was burnt. I feel like it is like this at all the locations in this area. I got a medium iced coffeee regular with butter pecan and the girl made it wrong which is no problem I asked her is she could remake it because it was supposed to have cream in it and she put almond milk in it she just added cream to a coffee that she put almond milk in and ran away. We asked the other lady to remake it and she was much nicer but why would you add cream to a coffee you put almond milk in!!

Excellent service. I am their regular customer. I like their cappuccino blast. Everyone is very friendly there but specially Grishma is my favorite. She make best coffee.

Service was Great and employees are having great attitude. Grishma is good in morning with helping crew as well as customers.

Fast courteous service. I spilled my coffee and had to pull over to clean it and they came out and made me a new one without asking. Thank you so much for making that experience a bit better.
