It was such a pleasant experience. The customer service was phenomenal from the moment of walked in.🥰 manager was really pleasant and knowledgeable on each doughnut I was asking about, lol it’s something about grey customer service that always keeps me coming back to a great restaurant, and I must say, I’m happy I stopped by🥰 I had the best first experience, will definitely be coming back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I make my drink simple. Extra large coffee with 16 creams. Super simple. Tell me exactly why I have to drive back up there multiple times a month just to get my coffee fixed the right way. I'm not sure why but they legit make it seem like they mess up on purpose just so when you get back there they laugh at you in your face. I will never tip for people like that and they dont deserve to be working if that's how they really feel about working customer service. They dont service customers by any means and it blows my mind to see the same people every day and nothing changes.

Absolutely wonderful sugar fix with a fresh shelving selection and plenty of options. I like that the bathroom is coded for safety and the bakers are in good spirits, even this close to lobby closing.

Cashier was in a vicious mood and it SHOWED. Clearly was spoiling for a fight and was willing to keep being chippy and passive aggressive until she found one. Ordered $6 meal deal from breakfast with hot coffee. She kept insisting breakfast sandwich was a croissant, while standing in front of a menu that showed a bagel - which is what I wanted. Told her I was going to step away to use the ladies room while orders were being prepared. She said not a word about how their bathrooms require a key code. I had to come back to counter to flag down another worker to get the code. All of this was going on while they were preparing two delivery orders I was there to pick up. She mentioned a substitution but did NOT mention she withheld the item (a drink). She sat back and watched me struggle out the

I went through the drive through yesterday between 4-5 after a piss poor day. I was almost in tears which is bad luck on New Year's! (Mostly joking on that but I digress) The young, light skinned lady at the window deserves a raise! I got a tone with my dog saying I didn't need her help drinking my coffee. The woman took a look at me and asked if I wanted a pup cup. Mavi had never had one so I said, "Yes, please." We both laughed at my dog's reaction. (Nobody in the drive thru line or inside). She took the extra time with me and I can't thank her enough. That cup and cream didn't cost your company much money but it made my whole day. Her reaction and comments about Mavi's reaction brightened my whole day. After what I am going through, that wasn't an easy task and I hope you will let them
