Gets busy in the morning, but everything is still always made with care nonetheless. Order ahead early to avoid the wait. Drinks and food are good, made up to standard and delivered with care. Worth the visit

I’m usually a die-hard Starbucks girl, but I was desperate for caffeine and passed a Dunkin’—so I popped in. I wasn’t expecting such a compact location, especially being right next to the American Red Cross building. This morning, they were out of quite a few items. The employee explained that the manager had stepped out to grab more supplies and would be back soon. Fortunately, I was just after a plain coffee, so the lack of almond milk wasn’t a dealbreaker. Despite the pressure, the employee behind the counter handled everything like a pro—visibly stressed but still calm, courteous, and professional. Honestly, what impressed me most was how chill the other customers were. No drama, no complaints—just patient folks waiting for their morning fix. All in all, not a bad detour. It’s right

They run out of doughnuts by 930. Why are their prices higher than other stores?

The staff here are friendly but they need new management. This location has not had ice in over 3 weeks and they still offer cold drinks KNOWING there's no ice. And with long lines, there should be a sign on the door stating that there is no ice or disable cold drinks on the app if you are ordering online, instead of wasting customer's time. I overheard staff complain about having to pay out of pocket for ice which is insane if that is true.

It looks like they're still setting up to open... a table or chair or something would help the decor....needs help with the line for orders vs. those waiting. One guy is super sweet and a joy to see in the one morning, I forgot his name, but trust me... he will make himself known! My hashbrown often burnt. Make sure to check before you leave! The others are pretty rude sometimes...but the manager tries hard to fix them and the issues they cause!
