I bought this cappuccino, and after I was already some distance away from the place, I realized the cup had been used. How disgusting! It even has lipstick marks and coffee stains, as you can see in the photo. It seems like an employee used the cup before and then they served my coffee in the same one.
The best service I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts! The kind cashier offered me sprinkles which was INCREDIBLE! 🍩🥳 Besides all that, there is a delicious menu & plenty of other items to purchase! No dine-in at this location though...
First off, the drinks were good, but the lady in the back was grabbing hash browns with her bare hands—no gloves on—and throwing them in the oven. That’s disgusting. Very unsanitary
Horrible I asked for a Carmel latte with whipped cream they gave me a iced caramel latte with cinnamon swirl definitely would never drink that I ordered thru the drive thru and no one ever specified of I wanted iced or hot.
How is it possible that there is a list on the side of the cup and you always mess it up. I sent my BF to grab my coffee because we ran out of milk. Where is the milk? This is straight coffee and sugar I don’t even taste any flavor. It is 6 in the morning I am studying for an exam and I’m going to just go to the store instead of here. You guys messed up my drink before, but I gave it a second chance and I regret it.
