Dunkin'

I am sick of paying for extra cream cheese to get less than the normal amount that used to come on it. Lady at the second window didn’t say a single word to me. Do better you work at Dunkin’ Donuts…

I was here to buy donuts for my family. The atmosphere behind the counter was less than acceptable. I am all for a strong work environment. What i am not ok with is derogatory and mean remarks coming from a superior towards the employees. I did not catch names but I will next time i am in. Sad that a woman in charge is so spiteful and nasty to those beneath her. Not the way it should be.

Why did my husband get a hot coffee when it clearly states on the order sticker on the cup ICED. Our order is always messed up somehow when we order from door dash. You guys need to pay better attention when making online orders

This location has bad coffee and a lack of donuts. The hot coffee was tasteless with a lack of extra cream and two sugars as I ordered it. And it took 15 minutes for hot brewed coffee to reach the counter. And then the donuts selection was poor, empty trays, and a lack of selection. Long wait to order, long wait for coffee and I ordered two donuts, it took over 20 minutes for them to be placed on the counter and it only happened after I complained. When I asked for a manager, the one who said she was one turned out to be the one causing the long wait and lines. Both employees, who said they were management were completely unconcerned with the slowness of service, lack of donuts, and the people waiting for their orders.

I don’t write very many reviews because I really don’t like to be a Karen, but Karen’s coming out for something petty. You don’t say hello you don’t greet me when I say have a good day. You don’t say anything, and then you give me cold, bacon and cold coffee. And y’all were weren’t even busy, I don’t know maybe it’s the day I had but it like way affected me. If you’re gonna work in customer service at least fake it and say have a good day.
