Dunkin'

The staff at this location are pathetic. I placed an order through UberEats, and some of the items were not available. The restaurant let the order sit in limbo for hours. I finally called them and they said they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact Uber. Uber told me that because this was an issue with the restaurant being unable to fulfill the order, there was nothing they could do – and that the restaurant is responsible for cancelling the order. I called the restaurant back and they're uneducated about how UberEats works. They yelled and screamed like children and hung up on me. Now, I have an order that can't be sent and can't be cancelled by any party. It's insane. This restaurant should take some responsibility for their errors and mistakes.

Gina is amazing, and even when she is flustered and busy, she still shows grace and kindness! We need more Gina’s in this world! You never know just how much your kindness means to others.

I went though the drive thru,employees are very rude and disrespectful rushing me out of the window and tried asking a question they did not answer the question at hand of me asking as customer and Dunkin employee that was very unprofessional. And the latte that I ordered was very gross and tasted like the espresso was pre poured and burnt and should definitely ask for a fresh shot of espresso

I give them t stars for Allenstown because there is a certain crew that knows my coffee before I even order it! 9x out of 10 it's right but it seems they have trouble keeping the same folks long term! To the owner if you find an attentive worker pay them to stay.

Got an iced shaken espresso from this location and this is how I received it. How can this be considered acceptable?
