I’ve been here 4 times and order bacon and ssg egg and cheese but for some reason I always get charged the added meat but never got it. Go to Tim Hortons next door. They might get your order right

Thursday October 30, 2025 6:15am Ordered a small $5 plain iced latte. Barely any ice or espresso and you didn’t even fill the cup. More like a cup of milk. I don’t understand how you can mess up a simple order?

I'm giving 1 star which i don't think I have ever done before. We got there no one was in line. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our order as more people came in behind us. The girl kept watching us all stand there and wait. Finally she came and took our order 2 large coffees and 3 glazed donuts 23.00?????. I thought my husband would ask for the receipt but there was several people behind us so we just waited. As the girls made our beverages they would just set them on the pick up counter with several other orders not even telling any of us customers what drinks were what or was whose. So everyone was asking is this ours or there's? One girl finally came over and started looking at our drinks. The service was terrible which made the atmosphere terrible. My coffee tasted more

I came through the drive through and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese spread looking to use one of those coupons I received in the mail. Got to the window and the girl clearly didn’t know how to use the coupon, like it was something she’d never seen before?? She then gave the coupon BACK to me after “scanning” and said I was all set without giving me the bagel. Simple mistake no biggie so I sat and waited for a few minutes for my bagel at the window until someone finally brought it. Got to work and opened it up to find an uncut, untoasted, plain (no cream cheese) bagel. I’m not sure what was so hard to understand but this girl needs some additional training clearly.

I have been going here every day for about 2 years getting a matcha almost every time it was good, the employees are always nice Ps thanks for extra boba:)
