Dunkin'

I keep going bc it's close, and it always disappoints. The crew is phenomenal, always so charming and quick. Sadly, the coffee and food is trash. I literally just ordered a large hot latte, and it was half full. I'm not kidding, large cup only half full. The sausage egg and cheese they gave me was hard and cold. Place got a COMPLETE remodel but why bother putting lipstick on a pig?

Worst ever, chocolate wasn't chocolate, they spill when delivering, don't give u what u ask for, food arrives called!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Horrible, horrible service everybody but the one lady that was cleaning and the one lady that actually remembered my boyfriend needs to be fired. A guy took my Boyfriend‘s order and then handed it off to somebody and then didn’t even remember his order. Had my boyfriend waiting there for 11 minutes along with an elder guy just to get their food Makes no sense. They were too busy laughing too busy talking there was nobody at the front to actually assist no one should have to be a franchise and workers to do their actual job. Honestly, whoever is the manager needs to fire all of those talkative people unless they are one of the talkative people themselves then the whole damn sword needs to be fired pretty much I will never ever Step in this Dunkin’ Donuts again, so they have lost my business

I recently went here in the early morning with my sister. Dunkin food is pretty meh, but today my sister and I had a great experience. The staff was so nice and caring and my sister said the croissant sandwich she ordered was the BEST she ever tasted! She also said her frozen coffee was a 10/10!! My bagel sandwich was also nice, warm, and fluffy. My sister said she's only going to come here to buy Dunkin sandwiches from now on!! Thanks to everyone who made our experience and food delightful!! ❤️

How are the hours until 6, but it’s closed by 5:20? At least put a sign up or disable the app. I know they saw me outside when I attempted to get in after seeing the drive thru blocked. They could’ve even said hey we’re closed. I did contact dunkin and they gave me money back, but it’s obvious the people here are selfish and don’t think about people drive out of their way to get something they wanted. Patronizing customers makes sure these employees continue to get paid. I’ll drive out the way to go to any other dunkin. It’s my fault I decided to go any places rated a 3.9.
