I was not given my packet of cream cheese with the bagel that I ordered with my docunut and coffee and a few minutes later I went back to get my cream cheese the woman in the head scarf forgot to include with my order. She wanted to charge me another $1.27 for the cream cheese packet?! Unreal!

On March 1st 2025 at 8:45 am I came into the resturant before leaving for a ski trip. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant. And shortly after realized there was an advertisement for a Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, with hash browns and a coffee or tea for $6. I asked to pay the difference to get the advertised deal. I was told yes, but I could only receive a pork sausage. The add clearly states SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE. After 20 min back an forth. I asked for a manager's name and the number to corporate to make a complaint. I was denied that information as well. I asked the male worker for the managers name and the number to corporate and he followed the lead of the woman who denied me the information. Doesn’t matter how bad you want a coffee, don’t go here. They refuse to make your coffee the way you ordered. I order my iced coffee with 5 sugars , and they never put 5. So just to prove a point I exaggerated and asked for 8 sugars and I watched them only press the button 1 time. So basically anything over 3 sugars in their eyes is “extra” sugar and they don’t bother making it correctly. Like how lazy can they be. Idc if you drink your coffee black that doesn’t mean you can make everyone’s coffee to your liking. Imagine going to a McDonald’s and the McDouble not tasting the same as every other McDonald’s! This place is always swamped and the workers are incredibly patient with all of the demanding (and sometimes inpatient / rude customers). My coffee turns out perfect 9/10 times and I go here everyday before work. Very grateful for their hard work during rush hour and their ability to push past the negativity of some other patrons.
