Coffee is absolutely disgusting! How can I order the same thing every time at different Dunkin and this one taste bitter not even hot and not even a hint of French vanilla. You've been only open for 18 minutes and I got lukewarm coffee. I'm not your average tourist I go above and beyond so other people will hear me and not go to places so they shouldn't be going to, hint this Dunkin establishment. 2 days at a row I came in and French vanilla coffee, normal sweetener milk and sweetened French vanilla flavoring which I did not get either time going there. The hash round for stale and cold. And what are you doing with the sandwiches from the day before? It still was cold in the middle are you putting them in the refrigerator? They messed up my order twice and when I asked for the chicken wrap they gave me a egg and bacon fold. Like seriously guys

It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered this level of poor customer service and professionalism. We were given milk that was almost a month expired that my son got sick from. When I returned to the store for a refund or some form of resolution regarding this I was refused a refund, told I was lying to get free money, denied talking to management, denied the procedure for filing a complaint with Dunkin and refused a name to give for this complaint and the disregard for customer health, safety, customer satisfaction and representation of Dunkin image and reputation. The new lady was trying her best, whoever the manager was today 12/16/25 was very rude to her and rude to me as well! I understand the new lady made a mistake in my order and I asked for them to fix it. The manager got pissy, went to grab my drink from the counter and spilled it all over the place then proceeded to make me a new one with such a nasty attitude! I only came here because it’s Christmas time and I’m low on funds, I wanted a decent priced and good tasting drink…. I won’t go back. I stopped going to Dunkin for a while and now I’m glad I did. It’s the holidays, let’s spread cheer instead of rude attitudes and unkindness especially in your workplace!
