Dunkin'

i asked for 2 5$ meals and asked for ketchup received none , the sausage wraps were burnt???? and the coffees were made horribly i asked for more cream bc it looked like there was none, blonde ol’ girl gave me attitude and said she can’t take the drinks back and remake them??!? never heard that before i’ve been to plenty of dunkin’s and when she added cream she added a whole bunch of it instead of the usual that should’ve been in there, bunch of attitude and sass for no reason if u don’t wanna do ur job then quit

Horrible, the girl behind the counter taking my order had nothing but sass and an attitude. And failed to get my order correct. The kid making my coffee questioned how i ordered it. If i ordered it that way, i want it that way. Not to mention, they were already closing, it was 3:45pm and don’t close until 7pm. Every Dunkin, clearly besides this location, has a display of donuts and munchkins. This is actually the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had.

Place is ridiculous. No signs about large bills and even if they did have one they are not right and illegal anyway. So after placing my order not only did they not have an item thats clearly on the screen they took the rest of the order and then proceeded to say they couldn't except a 50. What a waste all together. They never have the full menu, donuts always stale. Just choose a different location youd be much better off

Was just there and ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Get home it’s a plain cream cheese bagel. Drive all the way back and wait in the ridiculous line you call a “drive thru”. I tell them of the mistake and they were very nice about it. It took about ten minutes and 12 workers to make the then said sandwich? When I park to check my sandwich cause now I got trust issues, the bacon is slightly burned but the cheese isn’t melted. This was quite possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. I bet it’s Dunkin quality but this is straight dog food.

It's gotten better the past couple of years. It used to be that when you went to order something, say a donut, they would keep replying "we are out" until you settled for whatever they had left. One time the lady said, "we are out of donuts" (mid afternoon), and my little one replied, " aren't you a donut place?". They seem to have gotten better recently with that and customer service. I am still experiencing trust issues, so until I see consistency for a bit longer, I am going to leave this where it lies.
