Dunkin'

Just another wanted to have a good coffee but this time it didn’t meet my expectations , the taste has gone down. Moreover the service was not pleasant. People at this place are not quite pleasant. Of course they maintain neatly. DD taste is missing.

The food is okay but they overcharge for everything and they lied about not accepting the Dunkin promotions from the app. You need to order from the app for a chance at decent prices. The lady that took our order was also very unpleasant; she had an attitude about anything you asked.

Ordered a coffee, donuts, avocado toast and breakfast sandwich this Monday morning. The donuts were cold and the frosting was wet (thrown in upside down so the frosting was mostly on the bag). My kids said both the donuts and sandwiches tasted off. I tried the sourdough bread and donut and it tasted stale. My coffee was forgotten about and when I asked about it, both staff members looked at each other and said neither had made it but then continued to work on other orders that came in well after mine. I was in a hurry so let them know politely I had to leave so wouldn’t need the coffee. Staff didn’t have much to say. We stop at Dunkin’s a lot on the way to sports matches and this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Usually I find the quality to be consistent but we ended up havin

She is very rude. I had an order donut with sprinkles but she did not put sprinkles on it. When I went to there replace it she refuse t do it and talking very rudely. The service here is very worst. Not recommendable to anyone.

Pleasant staff helpful and quick service!! Polite and Thanked us for stopping! Very clean and well stocked.
