Line was wrapping around the building, fine. I get out of my car and go inside. I get my order and it’s not what I asked for. They are upset with me??? I did nothing wrong. They have to get the right food. After I get it I have to go ask for condiments because I wasn’t offered any and they are behind the counter. Lady had an attitude and wouldn’t stop speaking in Spanish under her breath “what does this woman want” what are you getting mad at me for? Attitude for no reason, it was nuts. Never going back to this location. It’s a shame it’s right by my job. Got napkins, receipt or utensils. Hope corporate sees this.

Not sure how you mess up an iced coffee with cream but they managed to do it while taking 5 mins with an empty drive thru ...

This was my first pickup order at this location. I waited inside for my order, but despite employees making eye contact, no one acknowledged me or communicated about the wait. I’m sure it gets busy, but a simple ‘ we’ll be with you “ would be nice. After standing there for over 10 minutes with no assistance, I ended up leaving.

There is a Wonderful woman with dreads who worked this afternoon shift she was a sweetheart great Service quick and she’s very nice Dunkin manager when you see this give her a raise

Didn’t get the chance to get the managers name but she’s absolutely HORRIBLE. Yelled at me to stop my brother from going into the restroom I didn’t understand what she was saying because she didn’t speak good English she spoke Spanish and told me to stop walking slow and proceeded to rush around me. I’m not a worker I’m a customer. If the bathroom was out of order maybe put a sign and tell your workers not to give people the key.
