Dunkin'

The manager there (Ella's I believe her name) has been amazing everything we have visited. We often stop to get our puppy some end of life snacks and Ella always makes sure we are well taken care and throws in a pup cup for us. The whole staff has been patient and understanding with us and its definitely a highlight of our trips to mountain creek.

I got an iced cappuccino this morning, I know from past orders there is foam at the top (no problem there that’s just how the drink is made) except today I got half the filled with the rest being foam, as you can see in the image posted. The drink itself was good but I was rather disgruntled with the portion size. I was essentially given a medium drink in a large cup for the price of a large. It didn’t look right when I picked up from the mobile order area and really I should’ve asked an employee where the rest of my drink went but I didn’t have time to ask about why I was given half my cappuccino. Side note: they always go heavy with the dairy, it’s like coffee flavored milk. It’s to the point where I never ask for cream or milk in anything I get there.

DD, how are you still in business? I went today and rodered a frozen coffee with 1 pump of chocolate. What I got was a sickeningly sweet and completely undrinkable mostly watery artificial vanilla flavored coffee. I threw it away. Uhg! Never again.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich. They added bacon on it. Completely careless about other people’s allergies and health. This place is discussing. I’m never coming here again.

Nice place. Your typical Dunkin' donuts, very clean and the service was good.
