Drive the extra 2-5 minutes to order elsewhere. It will be worth your while and actually worth the money you spend. I ordered a simple bagel with crème cheese on it toasted. They slice a bagel I toasted and throw a container of crème cheese in the bag and called it a day. If I wanted to make my own breakfast I would have and I definitely wouldn't spend $4 to do it myself... I mean come on. Something as simple as a bagel? Do better... luckily at my work I have a toasted so I finished the other half of their job for them. Like I said make sure you drive the extra 3 minutes to actually get what you pay for. Also the coffee was horrible (all it was was an iced coffee regular with caramel) .. they dumped half a cup of crème in there and it tasted like flavored milk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Bro avoid this place at all costs, there are so many dunkins around here, just save urself the trouble. The guy worker was nice but the other workers were rude as hell. They will always mess up ur coffee, i swear😭😭😭🙏 Like dont piss me off when im hangry girl just pass the damn napkins

This morning I went to get a coffee and a chocolate chip muffin. The coffee was good, but they gave me chocolate donut instead of my muffin. So I drive back let them know, and they gave me a muffin but when I got to work, it turned out to be blueberry. Like come on, I ordered two things please do better..

Worst opening team in history. Be weary if you like good correctly made coffees Best to go if still hungover or drunk as you won't care that they don't listen to your order and make you a wildcard coffee! Fun times

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on January 11. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My order was completely messed up—they forgot to put some of my food in the bag, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. To make things worse, when I urgently asked to use the restroom, they refused and said it wasn’t available for public use. The staff showed zero understanding or compassion for my situation. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in Massachusetts. Terrible service, careless employees, and absolutely no customer care. Avoid this location at all costs!
