Dunkin'

I hate that i always have to double check if they did not forget to put whipped cream on a coffee. And they always do!!! This time i was in such a hurry that i didnt do double check and of course as soon as i take the lid off i saw that there was no cream on the top!!! That is the last time i bought coffee here

This place was great and now it’s a dump!! Takes an hour just to get to get one coffee!! People hang all in there and do not buy anything!! That area use to be great but not anymore, I avoid this pls e if I can !! The mall is good though. And all the stores are redone ? It’s sad how things quickly change !! Everyone in the store is rude ! Included the staff, I’d stay away and go to a different dunkin !! It’s sad

Today is January 20th 2023 and I have never felt so disgusted and disrespected in my life.. as I was drinking my coffee that I bought from this specific location, I felt something come up the straw and into my mouth. I immediately spat the coffee out and upon inspection I found a booger… yes a booger, that is unacceptable and disgusting.

I asked for a double toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese and hash brown for my toddler. I got a non toasted bagel with old corners of the cream cheese and cold stuck together hash browns… never again. 7/28/21 at 10:20am whoever working that shift needs a conversation and I need my money back.

Walked in at 12:30 as the only customer. Stood here for 11 minutes without being acknowledged. At 12:41 I placed my to go order through the app. 12:43 the managers phones ring, she takes the call. It's 12:47 now, another customer has just walked in and still no one has acknowledged my presence. 12:49 the manager asked how I could be helped... I asked if she was the manager, she said yes, told her what I have typed and she stares at me blankly. Asked if my order was ready, it wasn't. About a minute later I get my bag, get to my car and I have a cold sandwich.
