Dunkin'

*1/5 stars* I'm disappointed in the service I received at the Dunkin' location I visited. When I asked for a box of coffee to be poured into a thermos, the staff seemed put off and refused to accommodate my request. Instead of offering a solution or a kind explanation, I was told that they couldn't pour coffee into a customer-provided container due to "the law." As a customer, I understand that there may be policies in place, but it's the tone and attitude that matters. A simple "I wish I could do that for you, but unfortunately, our policy doesn't allow us to pour coffee into customer-provided containers" would have gone a long way in making me feel heard and understood. i came in wanting to have some nice coffee with my sandwich and extra bacon on the side when i got my food the bag felt hot but when i went to try the extra bacon i got on the side it was cold and their was fat solidify on the bacon and they were all like that cover in white fat

I can’t even explain how frustrated I am a with Dunkin. When me and my friends got there we were waiting for 5 mins for someone to take our orders. We asked them if they had cinnamon raisin bagels and she said yes but gave us something completely different. When i got my double chocolate doughnut it tasted like mint toothpaste and my friends had hair in the icing. My drink was horrible, my friends was so watered down to the point it didn’t have a taste. There were flys EVERYWHERE. The girl who was taking our order didn’t know how to talk to us properly. She was talking very low and mean. When i went up to say for smithing else she said “what now”. Someone in the drive-through asked what was on her neck… Because she had hickeys all over her neck. I don’t think i will be returning..

Great place to have coffee and read a book. The only bad part is the old dudes who chill there daily and loudly complain about taxes and how much interest their bank accounts are accruing. The vibes are immaculate

My wife and I frequent this dunkin location a few times a week. They are always friendly and always get our order correct.
