Dunkin'

Placed a mobile order, arrived and was told whole order could not be fulfilled due to them not having anything in stock after the storm. Understandable, however requested a refund and was told they are unable to refund my order and that I would have to request it through the mobile app. There is no way to request a refund on the app and the customer service contact are not responsive. Calls don't go through and emails are ignored. So with that being said they robbed me for $10.03. I wonder how many other ppl were robbed from this location too. Side note drove to another dunkin in Mashpee asking if they can fulfill the order for us due to us being unable to receive our item from this location after being charged. They mentioned they too didnt have the ingredients to make our order due to t

I paid for a medium vanilla bean coolatta. They gave me the drink, and it very clearly wasn’t full. Not entirely sure how they messed that one up. It tasted good but would’ve been better if I actually got what I paid for. Also the drive through layout is absurd due to the location of the store. If you don’t want a full drink this is the Dunkin’ for you!

This, in MY opinion, is a difficult place to find, difficult to get into the parking area,& Worst of All is the Drive-Thru!, pheww what a place to get into, Never mind GETTING Out, for Only when there's someone wanting to go into the small mall area and they HAVE to let you out, in order for them to turn in, That's When you're Lucky enough to get Out. Chalk up another disappointing mistake. I say small hot hazelnut regular. That means the shot of unsweetened hazelnut, regular cream and sugar. Not just cream. How I've done and said it here in Ma for eeons. Meh. Just don't get it.
