Dunkin'

A quick drive-thru. Again, 1 out of 5 stops do I see the mocha in my frozen coffee cup. The staff at all locations needs to put some mocha in the cup before pouring the blended mixture into the cup.

This place is disgusting. Between the terrible customer service to the unprofessional employees its just trash. You would think new building, new workers, great service and products. Sadly thats the furthest from the truth. Tipped 25% just to have the drive thru girl thank me for the tip BUT FORGET MY STRAW THEN LAUGH ABOUT IT AS I WENT BACK.....NOTHING beats entitled kids working but not appreciating tips and or the customer..the management staff should be ashamed but if u ask to talk to Deb the general manager she is never in the store and u can't reach her...that being said from the staff...unprofessional, rude, zero customer service and just a bad atmosphere but the "manager" was sorry....LOL...TERRIBLE......update Spoke to the manager and owner on a phone call and was told they were s

This Dunkin’ Donuts needs a whole new staff. Multiple times I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and they won’t take my order or even respond saying one second. They sit inside and don’t work. Ridiculous

This Dunkin’ not only did not answer quickly at the board despite not being busy at all they hardly listened to our order and when I received my drink it was completely wrong.

Great people and great coffee. They are all so nice and extremely accurate. I won't get my coffee anywhere else ! Awesome customer service. They know my coffee by heart as a regular customer , all they have to do Is hear my voice over the speaker. These girls work their butts off every day, and I applaud their hard work. Being on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day is not easy at all.
