Dunkin'

I used to choose Dunkin over every other coffee shop. They took the “soul” out of making their products and I haven’t been in a couple of years. I had a craving for avocado toast this morning so I decided to give them another whirl. I received my order and was highly upset. For $10 I could have gone to the diner and received a full breakfast. This not only was a slap in the face for me but also a waste of money. Why wouldn’t they give me at least 3/4 of a bag of bacon. I spent $4 on 4 half strips. Looks like they took my snacking bacon and put it on my toast. I’m so done with Dunkin. I’m sad.

This is what i paid for. 3 hashbowns one which looks like it was stomped on. I called to be refunded and Bianca the manager told me I had to come back for my refund. I'm extremely busy and this is stupid. Who thought this was acceptable. I should've went back and threw these things back at um.

I stop here everyday on my way to work, always great service and great food. I always get a smile and a thank you. Kind of hard to beat that service!!

This place is great. I drive a little further just to come to Long Neck. The girl that works the drive thru lane on Saturday mornings ROCKS!! Everyone is always friendly and I come there for that reason alone .... plus I'm obsessed with their coffee! Thank you for good old fashion customer service and for being friendly. It goes a long way in today's society.

I used the mobile app to pre-order my food and I picked up my food at the drive thru. It was ready by the time I had got there. This was my second time doing this process. I must say it was quick and easy as I had already has my order preloaded from the last time. All I needed to do was adjust if needed, click okay continue and pay. It was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting around the construction because they are doing work near by on the highway. The employees are very friendly and fast with getting your food out.
