Fast and very friendly service. Professional, ladies at the best I had a hot latte and a croissant toasted with cream cheese. :-) BUT NO BATHROOM it's been a while since I've been to Dunkin' Donuts because of the stale donuts at other several locations. Throughout the tri state area, that's why i've been going to paris baquette or tim Hortons and the real problem is that these big franchises do not have allocated cleaning services. To clean the bathroomsYou can't expect someone making you coffee to go to clean the bathroom

Quick stop. Decided to try the tomato pesto without cheese and on a plain bagel this time. Not bad at all.

places an order with wrong pick up time , cannot get in touch with the store to edit order no-one answers the phone 🤦‍♂️

Great location and friendly staff! They even ask if you need any adjustments to your coffee before you leave, which shows that customer satisfaction is important here. Mark was great Thank You!

IM GIVING THIS LOCATION 1 STARS because theres no option to give 0. I've been coming to this location almost 20yrs, there's a manager there with short gray hair, she is beyond rude, unpersonable, disrespectful & terrible with customers/customer service, on top of it many frozen drinks I get/coffees aren't at all consistent as well as taste SOUR. no suprise the drinks taste as sour just like the managers attitude. the owner of this franchise needs to be made aware of how she's running his or her hard work into the ground, it's a very poor reflection on the store acting as unprofessional as she has to customers, I get dunkin almost 5x a week & to feel so uncomfortable that I haven't gone there in 4 days speaks volumes as a very loyal customer to this specific location on burbank ave in s.i.n
