Dunkin'

More than once I've walked up to the counter here & watched employees walking around ignoring me. Today it was more than 5 mins. I know dunkin doesn't want you to walk in anymore. But come on now... lock the door if you want everyone to use the drive thru! I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I'm not a barista but I didn't think it took more than 4 people to pour a cup of coffee... yes I walked out & bought a coffee at another shop. Not Dunkin

My black cold brew should not be the color of an iced tea. Is this an issue of not knowing how to make black coffee or is this an issue of the business making more money and short changing the Customer by giving us a water down coffee? It’s a black coffee my cup should be the color black

this is by far the worst dunkin i have ever been to. i usually stop here bc it’s the closest to my work but i will be taking the extra 10min to go to the one near marylou’s. every single time i order a medium midnight black 2pumps pumpkin and a wrap, and every time its either made wrong and they don’t put pumpkin in, or give me regular coffee, and it’s cold everytime so they’re not brewing the midnight when they are supposed to and give me the bottom of the pot cold coffee. went today they gave me a coffee w no pumpkin, went back around and asked for the 2 pumps and someone must hate their job bc it tasted like they put 10pumps in out of spite. had to go up the street for the 3rd time this week and have it remade AGAIN and they had no issues. staff is always rude, it’s rare someone is nice

Everytime I order my sandwich it’s either not toasted, completely wrong or both at the same time. the lemonade tastes fermented and old and the food is always wrong from this dunkin

It was so good! The staff were super nice! They did get one order wrong but they fix it right away 😃 also it was cleaner then most dunkins. Over all the drinks were delicious and I recommend this place to dunkin lovers😊😊
