Dunkin'

We normally go to this one for the last 6 months since Palmer and bondsville have been kind of iffy. Today they messed up my order. They put the wrong items for the sandwiches reversed onto different breads (messed up a croissant and a bagel). They also messed up my coffee. A very easy coffee to make compared to other people can order. Update: 10/12/25: Today I gave it a last shot for lunch. They made my coffee wrong. Ordered decaf they gave me regular, can't have regular cause of medical issue with large amounts of caffeine. They put a sign on their window also that said that their equipment apparently has had contact with shellfish. Which I don't know where they're doing shellfish at the Dunkin. I recently went to this dunkin and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin. waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru even though i was the only one in line but no biggie. I get my order and they're usually piping hot so i waited a few minutes to eat it and i take a bite...ice cold, muffin not toasted, cheese was never melted...they never heated it up at all... honestly one of the most disgusting things i've ever had and in my life i have never had to ask for a BEC to be toasted/hot?? i waited 10+ mins and they didn't heat it up? word of caution to ask for things that are supposed to be hot heated if you come here...

Went to this location not too long ago and first thing I noticed was how messy it looked behind the counter where the employees were standing. I ended up ordering a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, an avocado toast and a frozen coffee. Everything seemed good until I bit into the sandwich and noticed the bacon tasted odd and chewy. I was so hungry I ate it anyways and soon after I started getting this aweful stomach pain that just seemed to get worse and worse until I started vomiting nonstop the rest of the day. That was all I had eaten that whole day so I knew that I had contracted food poisoning from that food I ordered. 2 days after when I was finally feeling a little better I called to put in the complaint to the manager, he apologized and took note of what happened but never offer

Used to be my favorite dunkins, really friendly service over the summer months and hardly ever messed up an order. The last couple times I’ve gone though, it seems like service has gone downhill. The most recent order I placed was really poorly put together, and both my coffee and sandwich were wrong, despite my receipt being accurate. On top of that, the cashier was pretty unfriendly, especially compared to some of the employees who had taken my order previously. Hoping the last few botched orders were just isolated incidents, but for now I’ll be headed to the dunkins in Ware.
