Dunkin'

I’m absolutely sick of the older women typically in the window around 7am. She is so rude. I get the same coffee every morning, lg iced coconut with skim milk. I’ve gotten the same coffee for years, when made right it’s dark, this is the 3rd time she has made it and it’s so light and or tastes like whole milk.. dairy makes me sick(I know, shouldn’t drink it) but the LITTLE bit in my drink is worth it. I’ve said it every time.. “hey this is whole milk, would you mind remaking it?” Or “ I’m sorry this I’d way more than the standard dairy” she snaps back with an attitude and fights me on it. She told me to take a sip in front of her. I did. It was clearly whole milk. She said no the sticker says, skim milk and said she wasn’t remaking it. Someone else stepped in grabbed the coffee and remade

Duncan's is a great place for coffee I'm just not a big fan of breakfast food so I couldn't give it a good rating and the atmosphere is just not my style but other than that great place to go

Do not go inside in the afternoon on Sundays. Understaffed and unknowledgeable. Rude. Unprofessional. There is an Asian girl working drive thru.. apparently that's ALL she works because she refuses to be bothered by people at the counter. And when the only other person noticed me she had trouble with the register and how to prepare the drink I ordered and when she asked for help from the Asian girl she didn't care. I've never seen or experienced this before it was pretty offensive. I do plan on speaking to the manager.

Went to the drive thru at this dunkin and the service was poor. Order taker was very rushed and curt. Got to windows where that person tried to give different order. Waited patiently after repeating my order. 2 drinks and croissant. One drink came. Waited. They asked again what I ordered. Told them. ... 2nd drink came , wrong coffee but I'll take it bc I'm done at this point. ..Waiting for croissant. Worker says no croissants so she didn't charge you. But wait..I was charged for croissant! Sigh Now I want a muffin AND A FREE DONUT FOR MY TROUBLE. am I wrong?! 2 minute argument ensued, finally got muffin and donut. Shame on dunks for this poooooor cust service. Ps the coffee was bitter and not the one I ordered as I mentioned previously.

I have an allergy to eggs. Every time I order food, whether it be in person, in the drive thru, or on the app, I emphasize NO EGG and that it’s an allergy, and I would say 9 out of 10 times, my order has egg on it. I’ve tried everything and I hate to be the bad guy and leave a bad review, but I feel like someone needs to train the staff on allergy awareness and the importance of it. I’ve even seen a couple people just peel the egg off when they “remake” it, and I’ve had to just throw my order away because I don’t have time to argue and am already late to work having to constantly go back into the store for the remake. This dunks is very convenient and I don’t want to stop going, but am almost at breaking point.
