Conner is always a bright spot when we stop at Dunkin’! He’s consistently in a great mood and truly enjoys interacting with customers, which makes every visit better. Even though he’s young, his positive attitude and work ethic really stand out. He took the time to help me choose a lower-sugar coffee option and never made me feel rushed. That kind of customer service is so appreciated. Dunkin’ is lucky to have him! ☕️😊
Have been coming in now for a couple months for my coffee and donut. The service has been great! Conner has a good personality and willingness to help! Would recommend you stop by and enjoy good coffee and donuts!
Worst customer service I have experienced. Needed a receipt to get reimbursed. The server pretty much told me they could not provide one and could not figure out how to fix the printer. I wrote a complaint to corporate. They were awesome. Said the manager would contact me. He did, but to tell me not to return to his store. Rest assure I will not. To many other options that have great service.
Took forever with two drinks and three donuts. One of the drinks tasted absolutely awful. One of the little boys in there wouldn’t stop staring at my daughter. Completely unprofessional.
1 star for this abysmal atmosphere to show how abysmal everything else is Manager is never there so staff gives 0 Fs
