Dunkin'

Every time I come to this Dunkin’, it never fails the food is always stale, hard, and just overall not fresh. It’s like they warm it up for five seconds and hand it out. The cheese is never melted, and this has been happening for months. At this point, I only feel comfortable buying drinks from here because the food quality is so disappointing. I really hope they improve.

☕️🍩 Fast, fresh & mobile! We got Dunkin’s Hot Coffee Box (serves 10) and a dozen assorted D🍩nuts! Perfect morning pick me up as we set up for our summer community service initiative! Donuts were yummy and our Coffee stayed hot for hours! The staff was so kind and helpful - they made sure we had all the coffee essentials packed before we left. 🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩

I stood in line for 15 minutes. They were not ringing up customers who were standing in line only filling online order pick ups. There was people who walked up after me who got their orders before me then, when I tried to use the app, it kept failing.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts location the people are often rude towards me. They mess up my order multiple times and I only ask them to change it because the one thing I specifically ask for they never add or change it on my order. They messed up on my cold brew and didn’t add the right ingredients and refused to change anything, they also refused to remake my sandwich a few times and had an attitude with me. Never once got my order right. Don’t recommend, especially for the price.

Had a mobile pick up and I go to get my bacon and egg and cheese bagel and I had the wrong order.also a bite taken out of it
