For anyone looking, this is on the lower level in the area where you pass through the gates to get on a Red Line train. I Ordered a cafe latte with oat milk and it honestly tastes like watery drip coffee. Not sure why this is because I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and their latte has been good.
Second day I was served warm coffee. I asked for a hot coffee and it took them 15 minutes to get it to me. I was offered a Free but stale donut for the inconvenience. My breakfast sandwhich wasnt peoperly toasted. I ordered in advance to prevent the waste of time. Not to mention many of the customer exit the red line in a hurry headed to work so its not ideal to sit around waiting. They stand around talking while they have customers waiting.
Two CUSTOMERS behind me got their ORDER before me. When I asked why was it taking so long for ONE large coffee the LADY making the orders indicated that she would get to my order soon. She then began working on a couples order who had just finished paying at the register indicating that the she was working on another customers order that came AFTER me again.
It’s Dunkin, so you know what to expect. It’s at the entrance to the red line, so kind of a disaster as far as atmosphere. But everyone I’ve ever encountered here from a service standpoint has been really pleasant to interact with so I’m reviewing just to call that out.
Inexcusable, not even functional store. Lackadasical employees and they’re always “out of iced coffee”?
