Dunkin'

I was quite pleased with the customer service, etc. The staff that took my order and fulfilled it was named Taylor. Very polite, respectful and customer satisfaction oriented person. I can be kind of demanding at times when I go out to eat, etc and especially this person but everyone in general was quite tolerant, patient, etc. even going so far as to ask what they did wrong with my order when I said that it's a little off, Even though I told them it was fine and they'd still get a tip. Here I am making a review because of how impressed I was with the service. Note I normally don't bother with this stuff.. Now paying almost $4 for a coffee is a bit absurd to me but hey, you're paying for a brand and people's paychecks, etc. And everything is just so expensive anymore.. the struggle is real

I never take the time to leave a review, but this place is worth it. The drinks are always 10/10 and decently priced. The staff are very friendly and fun, and they’re really fast. It’ll be hard not stopping by every time I shop at Walmart. 😂

Very kind people! The coffee was AMAZING and they even gave me some of a leftover drink they had from a blender to try! They are quick, and my latte was a 10/10. (I came 20 minutes before closing and they had a great attitude and my drink was delicious! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever recieved!!😋🥰

New dunkin will not offer sandwichs from what a dunkin employee said. Why open a dunkin if you don't have the whole menu available.

Why in the world can’t we order online?
