Dunkin'

Saw an employee walking out of restroom without washing hands. I will have to think twice to go back here. I had the new chicken wrap, not so great. Very soggy and very expensive for such a tiny wrap.

Lauryn was so kind to me and my niece and nephew. She helped me figure out what to order and was so patient! The other girls helped make accommodations on the kiddos drinks for me as well. Great team! ❤️

This morning around 9:30 am, my son and I entered the Grantham Dunkin Donuts and Not even 1 of the 5/6 employees said a word to us. Then we stood at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes, with No Line mind u, while they all just stood around talking amongst themselves with no regard of a customer even being in the building. After we finally ordered, our coffees we good. But they SERIOUSLY Need to work on their customer service!!!

Very disappointed. Go to Dunkin on a daily basis sometimes 2xs a day, the inaccuracy of our order is the only consistent thing we receive lately. Ask for a sandwich toasted dark, it's not. Frozen coffee made wrong atleast 4 times a week. Wish the employees would be trained all the same so customers orders would be consistent.

We stopped in to grab a coffee on our way to go hiking.. that stop turned into at least a 1/2 hour of waiting due to there not being enough staff to keep up with the onslaught of customers there. I don't recommend it at all
