Tried a bread here. It was good. Got an energy drink also. Needed a boost. Haven’t been here since I used to work here in the Macys!!! Glad I don’t work retail anymore.
Fahima took my order and was very friendly with me. She double checked everything on the list and made sure that my whole order was correct. Would go back all the time just for her customer service!
this is the second time that it has happened. I ordered a cold brew with no ice, but they still put ice in it. I understand they are busy, so I didn't bother with telling them since they will throw it away and make a new one.
Terrible customer service the employees need better training they are so disrespectful and childish making fun of customers in their face this Dunkin location needs to do better.
Very slow service even when there are little to no customers and very rude!! Every time I go to this location. I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes for my order. Everybody was coming and going and I'm still standing there. When I finally went up to him and asked him about my order. He pulled it out from the side and slammed it on the counter in front of me. The food Which I have ordered from other Dunkin' Donuts locations before, was not good at this location
