Dumpling King (Coral Springs)

Ling was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was incredible. It was our first time trying soup dumplings and the braised beef soup—both were outstanding. The broth was rich and super flavorful, and the dumplings and pot stickers were definite favorites. We ordered a lot of food for such a great price and left completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place: order at counter, open kitchen, get a boba tea while you wait. Soup dumplings are great, portions plentiful and flavors excellent! The dough is home made, this isn’t some frozen dumplings. The menu is easy, I always love coming here.

A branch of a Chinese chain, offering Cold Noodles, Dumplings, Egg Rolls and Honey Chicken Wings. However, the taste and quality of the food in subpar. Service is also extremely basic. Poor relation price/quality. Skip it if you can.

The Dumpling King in Coral Springs was an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon entry, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional customer service. I mentioned that it was my first time trying dumplings, and the staff thoughtfully guided me through their best sellers and offered recommendations. They suggested the chicken soup dumplings paired with a boba drink. My friend and I each tried one— I had the brown sugar boba while she had the taro boba. Both were refreshing, light, and full of flavor. The soup dumplings were served piping hot, freshly made to order, and absolutely delicious. Overall, the combination of welcoming service, helpful recommendations, and quality food made this a memorable first visit. I will definitely be returning.
