Duke is the best Company ever! As a small business owner, suffered huge losses with technicians from other companies showing up and doing the wrong thing. Duke came into the picture and everything changed! Crystal is the best! Duke himself the best..wonderful family with a heart of Gold.They all showed up and figured the issues with the oven. Please use another company, possibly General Parts on Yale. They have better reviews. This company will charge you an outrageous trip charge plus a 1 hour fee for the technician to come out. There is no guarantee the equipment will be fixed at that time. Just keep in mind if they have to send the tech out again after he or she has supposedly fixed the equipment you will be charged for the hours the tech is back out.

We are so glad we found this company to help us when our equipment needs service. We have used Armstrong in the past and they always acted like we were bothering them when we called. Dukes has been nice and they have done the work needed with a great attitude. Not cheap but not ridiculous either.

They tried to charge me $272 with $38 parts. He worked 55 minutes just to tell me that oil and gasket needs to be changed. I called them for oil leak they came and did nothing. When they calculate the time he calculated the time he was out 42 minutes ( I have no idea what he was doing )preparing my estimate. Told me that next time they will come with oil and gasket and charge me the parts, shipping and another 2 hours of labor of $ 160 + TAX. At the end I paid $194 and did not asked for parts. Finally nothing has been fixed $ 194 out of my pocket I just got ripped off. Do not use this service.

May literally went out of her way to take care of us. And Ellis is a kind gentleman filled with laughter. If you want great customer service this is the place to go!
