Great place to have lunch or take out. The dining area is clean and food was savory, we shared a roast duck rice plate, it came with greens and hot Chinese tea. This is a good spot since other delis don’t have a sitting area, we also had fun watching how they cut and prepare the roast meats.
Roast Duck was amazing! The skin is perfectly roasted crispy, golden, and packed with flavor while the meat inside stays incredibly juicy and tender.
Very good food and nice people. We ordered roast pork, salt-baked chicken, sweet sour pork, and fried rice. Their salt-baked chicken with a herb provides coconut aromatic if you’re able to tell (my husband can’t). Unlike other place, their sweet sour pork used more fatty meat, more traditional, but not fatty or greasy at all. It’s actually crunchy. I even thought it was fried winter-melons. Definitely come back again.
Vip service for a walk in. I scooped the Chairs lunch special which was affordable, plentiful, and tasty. I even got to sample the crispy pork and was given a compliment water for being kind. Would highly recommend if looking for a fast lunch or tasty snack meal
No English menus at all and of course the staff barely speak English. Ordering is not fun. If I try to figure out what the various items are, the staff are very hard to understand and it is an uncomfortable and needless chore when online translation is available. If that is that challenging for them to do I seriously doubt standard kitchen safety practices are always easy for them. I went during lunch. The rice looked very hard and dry from sitting out uncovered all morning and is standard for most Chinese restaurants in the area, the food looked very luke warm (at best). The atmosphere is somewhat stressful and there are very few tables. None of the food looked very appetizing.
