Duck Donuts

Good donuts, poor customer service. Only one in the shop, and not even a Good Morning from the two ladies working. I stood at the register until I figured out that I needed to do self check out. It would have been nice to have been told that! Hire better people who is at least appreciative of guests coming in spending money in this economy!!

Ooooh! These Duck Donuts were super soft and delish!!! Peach Cobbler was my favorite! Other flavors were Oreo, Cinnamon, and Blueberry!!! We went back the next day to get more Peach Cobbler, Cinnamon Sugar, Strawberry Confetti, and Coffee Cake 😋

Absolutely fabulous! The donuts were HOT! I'm not a donut fan but good thing I don't live here. These memes in your mouth. Both powered star and lemon glaze were excellent. Decaf peppermint latte was excellent. Love this place!

Would love to have this donut shop in the Orlando, Florida area. The variety of flavors seemed endless and each one we chose was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

This was the second time i have had a bad experience at this williamsburg duck donuts!!! Last time for service and attitude, and lousy donuts, but this time all around! I went to try their donut dippers. Not only was the cashier very unfamiliar with them and couldn't even describe them, but didn't seem much interested in helping. I ordered half cinnamon and half glazed. They were all different sizes and much smaller than other donut places donut holes. When i asked is this the normal size and way they are supposed to be ... she said yes and continued what she was doing. Definitely not worth the money or time! I'll buy my donut holes at dunkin donuts everytime! Done with duck donuts
