Duck Donuts

I placed an order for a 10:45am pickup the night before - so I could be on time for an event close by - and I'm still waiting at 11am for the order that was never made. There's 1 singular employee working on a Saturday morning, I feel so bad for her. No idea where management is 🙄 Edit: Got my order at 11:15, THIRTY minutes after the scheduled pickup time. AND the order wasnt even correct. This is supposed to be the Christmas Cookie Dozen. Ridiculous.

I don’t know if it was an off day or what, but I order for take out in person and asked about the game day boxes, which I was told they didn’t have. I then ordered the love dozen and I’m actually embarrassed I left with the box. They used sprinkles instead of chocolate chips and the mounds of frosting was instead just their dipped frosting poured into the middle. The box looks nothing like what I ordered. Everything is just extremely sloppy. UPDATE: Wish I could give 0 stars. Received a reply from the store on this review, have reached out via the ‘contact us’ link on the website twice and haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks.

This place has a neat, made to order donut selection. I loved the donut. It was hot and fresh. I just COULD NOT get over how dirty the whole place felt. The bathrooms were not kept, white sinks clearly not clean and no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. So what is the employee washing their hands with!? Please clean this place up. I’m not being rude. I’m being honest.

The shop was just next to the Chinese supermarket so it was quite a convenient spot to get some sweets. The selection of donuts was great - a range of sweet and savoury options. The staff was really nice and the shop was full of kids running (as you may have expected), which would remind you to walk carefully. The donuts were very soft and fluffy - the sugar glazing was quite heavy and the sweetness level might be quite high for many. In short, quite a nice donut but not an every week thing.

Can't go wrong here with fresh made to order doughnuts. My favorite are chocolate covered with bacon 🥓 😋! Plenty of options, if you can't find one to fit your taste something wrong 🤣🤣🤣.
