Duchess

Went there for 4 hot dogs, and 1 large fry. Went thru drive thru. It took 20 minutes.... I have no idea why. Food was good. But the fries were cold...

I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and I’ve been a customer at Duchess for over a decade and they gave me a drink that basically looks like blended up yogurt and it was Extremely watery with hardly any pigment, and I asked them to make it again and they gave it back the same just with chunks of ice in it. When you order something you expect what you’ve always gotten, not a drink with no flavor that looks extremely unappetizing. I am no longer going to this Duchess. The only one that’s ever known exactly how to make anything is the one in Monroe.

Their "Cobb Salad" has iceburg lettuce, not spring mix as described. The only meat is chicken, and the egg is finely chopped. It is a real disappointment and not at all what I expected. They used to have a real and generous cobb salad with multiple meats, whole hardboiled egg and lettuce mix. I would not recommend this one. It is stingy and unappetizing.
