Duchess Family Restaurant

Went here with my boys for a special treat dinner. We got the 2 hot dogs with the works for $5, 2 large fries ($5 each) and a 21 piece boneless Buffalo wing ($12). Add in a few water cups and extra sauces ($1.60 each!) And total was approximately $35. Just to say, fast food is pricey these days! However the hot dogs were great, the wings were really good and the fries are super crispy and delicious. I also LOVE the house dressing which goes great with the fries. The boys already asked if we can come back again next week! 😆

This is supposed to be a Big D with cheese. Who ever cooked this and prepared it really has no clue on how to make food. This is the second time this happen at the Naugatuck Restaurant. Pay a lot of money for lousy food

Found this in my salad! Weird texture to it pulls off like fur from clothing. Gross

The mushroom burger was so delicious! The fried mac n cheese bites were the best I've ever had!

Order two hot dogs with ketchup bacon and chili, my two hotdogs had no bacon or chili, they made sure to charge me for everything but did not put it on the hotdogs. I left to go back to work 20 minutes away. I called and spoke with a manger who said there system does not allow refunds over the phone. The manager even told me she knew there was no chili on my order which sounds like they knew all along they short changed my order. Its 2025 how can you not complete a refund for a customer who was charged for a product they did not receive. If you value your money think twice because when they mess up they wont help.
